Reservation Terms and conditions

I understand and agree to the terms and policies below. By making a booking online, I agree to and understand that I will be charged for a deposit amount per the terms below. I agree to abide by the age requirements outlined below and I understand that misrepresentation voids my reservation without refund.

1.AGE REQUIREMENT: GUEST MUST BE OVER 18 or part of a family group to book online.
2.ID REQUIREMENT: All guests must present photo Id with age verification at check-in.
3.YOUNG ADULT GROUPS: Groups of guests solely consisting of young adults under age 30 must reserve by phone. Misrepresentation voids reservation without refund.

5.DEPOSIT PAYMENT: We accept online payment by VISA/MC/DEBIT CARD, or netbanking (American Express NOT accepted).
Upon booking online, we will charge your deposit amount and email a final confirmation guaranteeing your reservation once payment processing is complete.
6.CONFIRMATION: No Reservation is guaranteed until deposit payment is fulfilled. Booking acknowledgment email is sent immediately upon your online reservation submission. Final confirmation will be emailed, usually within 2 hours of credit card payments, but not later than 24 hours from time of payment fulfillment. If deposit charge is unsuccessful, reservation will be void. Please call us at +91 9226174801 to check the status of your reservation if you did not get charged or you do not receive email confirmation. We are not responsible for non-confirmation due to invalid forms of payment, invalid contact information, or technical glitches. Guest must call to confirm their reservation if final email confirmation showing deposit as paid is not received.
7.CHECKING-IN: Full Balance payment is due at check-in by cash, Visa, MC  credit card or debit card. We do not accept AMEX or checks at check-in.
Check-in time is 12 noon and Check-out time is 10 am.
If you will be checking in later than 4PM please call us to ensure the room is held for you.
NO PETS, NO SMOKING IN ROOMS (smoking is permitted outside rooms with doors kept closed).
Daily Maid Service between 10 AM and 5 PM only.
No loud music, loitering, and drinking in the lobby or any other public areas. Management and housekeeping staff is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Please keep valuables in your own possession at all times. Each guest is required to behave properly, respect other guests, & the surrounding neighborhood. Underage drinking, loud music, group rowdiness, and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Violators will be evicted without refund.
Guest will be responsible to pay for all damages to rooms or property caused during their stay. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for the repair of damages as well as for missing items.
Additional cleaning charges will apply if rooms are left in excessively dirty or unsanitary conditions.
8.CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Individual/Group Booking Cancellation Policy: Entire deposit after deducting 25% will be refunded if cancellation is made 3 days prior to arrival. No refund for cancellations made within three days of arrival or at check-in time or for early check-out.
Group Booking Cancellation Policy: For groups of 10 persons or more: 75% of deposit is refunded (after 25% handling charge) if cancellation is made 7 days prior to arrival. No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or at check-in time or for early check-out.
9.This is a privately owned property. Management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone.
10.REGISTRATION - Each and every guest must sign the registration agreement at check-in. Lead registrant must provide accurate contact and vehicle information.
11.Violators of hotel rules and regulations subject to eviction without refund.
